A very satisfying 1 nil win this morning out in Tallaght. The wind and rain came at us in stops and starts on a terrible terrible pitch. We prodded away with no success until Anto White picked the ball up wide and whipped a ball around the back four into the path of top scorer Kev Cox to finish and make it 1 nil, all hell broke loose on the line as we got what we deserved in a mostly one sided game where the home team only really had one chance of any note from a well struck free kick that produced an unbelievable save from Aaron O'Neill. The best part of the the day was yet another clean sheet from the goalkeeper and back four who are getting stronger in their performances game by game. Gar Murray was tireless in his efforts out left, Gar Collins and Tosh Ward ground everything out in the middle and Dar Ryan was unlucky not to get on the scoresheet himself. David Foy made an impact coming off the bench i'd say Tymons right back is still dizzy as he turned about 5 times in one go. 2 points off the summit with 3 games in hand and we are starting to show our metal.
